Finding files. Help plz

Hi,

I am trying to open a penny auction site. However a lot of this stuff is way above my head. So I found a person to help me get it up and running. The thing is, they will not tell me or what files they used in my account. I could probably edit and things like that if I could see the work this person did. Instead, I am paying that person everytime I have a problem, now in over 200.00 that I really cannot afford.

Is there anyone here that can help me? Free of charge? I am getting so depressed over this.
