Hi, I was frustrated for 2 days when I found that my site's consuming a very high CPU throttling, so I started the step by step analysis to reduce the throttle number as much as I can, but unfortunately it didn't get the required results, so I searched on the net and luckily I found this article
http://www.bluehostreview.org/bluehost/bluehost-cpu-quota
so, is that true and applicable here in hostmonster too?
that we're protected against account suspension due to CPU Throttling ?
I think it will be satisfactorily to me, at least for now, till I find the main reasons which causes this high consumption of server recources

Yes Host monster has cpu throttling enabled to prevent your site from being suspended or dropped...however, your site can be down anywhere from minutes to hours...bad performance means less visitors to your site.

ok, your point of view is right, but at least we don't loose our accounts due to CPU overage, this is only till we can find out what's the reasons causing this throttling.

This is all tru it prevents you from being banned!

You cannot fix the problem tho no matter how hard you try because the problem is not enough ram.

You are sharing servers with hundreds of thousands customers this causes cpu usage to go up when it is your turn to serve your visitor a webpage and you can't fix it because they are overloading there servers with to many accounts.

There is not enough ram so when its time to use the server it must first use the core (processor) to do the work that could be done by much much less processor power.
