Hi,
I was looking for a webhost and after searching a lot I found Hostmonster. I really liked your hosting plans features like 1) unlimited diskspace 2)unlimited domains 3) unlimted email ids 4) unlimited Parked Domains 5) $75 Google Credits. But the only problem I have is that in cPanel you offer SimpleScripts as autoinstaller rather than Installatron or Softaculous which i am looking for. So would you be able to provide Installatron or Softaculous:confused:

You're asking as though you're addressing HostMonster Support. Please read before posting (http://hostmonsterforums.com/showthread.php?264-Please-Read-Before-Posting!). This forum is meant for customer-to-customer communication and help. If you want HostMonster Support to address your question directly, please use e-mail, the ticket system or LiveChat.
What do you need that the existing SimpleScripts is unable to provide?

few days ago some sort of spams flooded our servers (Mail Delivery System or sth). Every time it happens, cPanel automatically changes password, then I have to call our provider to reset cPanel and Webmail password. I tried creating black list, block list etc, but apparantly it didn't help. Please can you give me any advice how to stop these spams, or prevent cPanel to change password, any help would be apprisiated.
By the way, changing E-mail address would cause dramatic changes for our company, that would be the least thing I will do.
Please help?!
