I saw the side builders and I wondering, do I have to paid to use them?

Concrete5, liveSite and BasicPages are free. The listings on the Website Builders page (Control Panel ->Software/Services ->Site Builder) will tell you if they are "Premium" or not. The premium services are either not free or partially not free.

I don't use any of those tools free or otherwise so don't construe my post as an endorsement of any of the services.

i did a little investigating on the phpmyadmin site and found a "CREATE VIEW" page but i am not sure if this is what i need to do...
